From the very beginning our company has been standing for the production of high-quality flakes, which is manufactured by a recycling process.
Prior to delivering the bottles to recycling plants, they are taken to container sorting plants, where they are calssified, then we starts with a crusher to reduce bottles to flakes, followed by a succession of small wet-washing units---hot and cold---that use intensive friction, then to a centrifugal friction, and to the last step witch is the drying line.
All the interior of our equipement are stainless steel.
